Our facility is over at Plot No L-68/69/72 in the L Block of Verna Electronic City. Being in Salcete means we’re part of a bigger industrial area, so there’s always trucks and noise around. It’s a large space, but it feels small when we have a big shipment going out. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure everything is moving like it should. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of checking labels and moving pallets around. The lights are bright, and it can get a bit loud when the machines are all running. We have a small office upstairs where we handle the export documents, but most of the action is downstairs. We don’t really do walk-in customers since we’re mostly focused on shipping things out. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. Sometimes the ships are delayed, and we have to shuffle everything around in the warehouse to make room. We just take it as it comes. It’s a team of us, some have been here since the start and others are new. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s an industrial life, but it’s what we know. We’ve been in Verna for years and have seen the electronic city grow all around us. We just keep the boxes moving and make sure the trucks are loaded right.
