Our office is located in Panjim, right on 18 June Road. We are in the Mathias Plaza building, up on the 502nd floor. Being in the heart of the city means it is always very busy outside our windows with shoppers and traffic. Mathias Construction is a local business that has been around for quite a while now. We handle various building projects around the area. It takes a lot of coordinating with workers, getting materials delivered on time, and making sure the sites are actually doing what they are supposed to do. The office is usually filled with rolls of plans and old files stacked in the corners. We are not the type of place with a fancy reception desk or leather sofas. It is just a workspace where we get things done. 18 June Road is a famous spot in Goa, so people usually do not have any trouble finding our building. We spend our time split between sitting in the office and visiting the various construction sites. It is a lot of walking and driving around in the heat. Some days the monsoon weather makes it very hard to get anything done on-site, but we still have to manage the paperwork and the planning here. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and we stick to what we know.
