Fotografo Shop

Our shop is at House No 1803 in Segundo Bairro, which is in the Santa Cruz part of Panjim. We are right across from Ace Hardware, so that is usually the easiest way to tell people how to find us. We mostly do photography stuff, like prints and taking photos for whatever people need. It’s a small space, filled with cameras and frames and bits of paper. We have been here for a while and have seen many people come in for their passport photos or family pictures. It’s not a high-end studio with fancy lights everywhere, just a practical place to get things done. Sometimes we are out on a job, so the shop might be closed for an hour, but usually, someone is around. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the traffic near the hardware store. We like being in Santa Cruz because it feels like a real community where people know each other. We don't have a lot of expensive ads running. People just see the sign when they are going to buy tools or groceries and they stop in. It’s a simple business and we try to do a good job with the photos so people come back next time they need something printed. It keeps us busy enough and we enjoy the work. We spend a lot of time editing at the computer or just organizing the old negatives and files we have kept over the years.
