Pai Raikar & Associates Seven Interior. Our office is in Panjim, right across from the Kala Academy. It’s a busy spot in the Campal Trade Centre. We deal with interior work here. Most days are spent looking at floor plans or talking to people about their homes. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we keep our samples and drawings. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside because of the traffic, but inside we just focus on the projects we have. We’ve been at this for a while now. The team is small. We don't have fancy receptionists or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably see us buried in some sketches or on the phone with a contractor. It's just how we work. Panjim is a nice place to be based, especially this part of town. We see a lot of people walking by to the academy. Doing interiors in Goa means dealing with the weather and local materials. We try to keep things simple and functional. It’s mostly about making sure things fit right and look decent without making it too complicated. We handle various types of spaces, mostly residential. It’s steady work. We take one thing at a time and try to get it done properly. If someone needs a cabinet designed or a whole room changed, we just look at what’s possible. No big promises, just the work we do here. Most people just walk in and ask questions, and that's fine.
