National Security Bureau

You can find us at the Sitla Commercial Centre in Ponda. We’re in unit G-17, right across from Sangam Traders in the Upper Bazar area. It’s a lively part of town, especially on market days. We’ve been running the National Security Bureau from here for a while. We aren't doing anything fancy; it’s just basic security work. We hire people from the local area because they know the streets and the people. Most of our day is spent checking in with our staff and making sure everything is running smoothly at the different locations we look after. We don’t have a polished corporate office. It’s just a place with some desks and files where we keep track of the shifts. If a client has a problem, they usually just drop by. We prefer talking face-to-face. It’s easier to solve things that way than through endless emails. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk about who needs to be where and at what time. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other small business, but we’re still here. We just try to be fair to our workers and do a decent job for the people who hire us. That's about it, really. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the world, just a reliable one for our neighbors in Ponda and the surrounding commercial areas. It’s a living and we do it honestly.
