Micro Labs Ltd.

Micro Labs Ltd. is based out of Ponda, in a place called Shantakhi Patantali Kavle. It’s in Goa, but not the part with the tourists and the sand. This is more of the quiet, green interior where things are a bit slower. We have our lab setup here in Kavle, and it’s a pretty peaceful environment for the kind of work we do. The air is a bit cleaner here than in the big cities. We don't have a giant skyscraper; it’s a practical building that fits the local landscape. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages. We spend our mornings setting up the equipment and making sure everything is ready for the day's testing. It’s a lot of routine, but it's important. Sometimes cows wander past the gate, which is just how life is in this part of Goa. We don't have a big PR department telling people how great we are. We just focus on the science and the results in the lab. The building itself is functional, with white walls and plenty of light. We keep things organized, but it’s not a cold, sterile corporate vibe. There is always someone chatting in the break room or sharing some local snacks. It’s a decent place to work, and we like being tucked away in Ponda. It feels more like a community than just a company. We like the quiet life here in the hills.
