Machino-Tech Engineering Works

Machino-Tech Engineering Works is located at Plot No. L-51 (B), Phase Ii D, in the Verna Industrial Estate. This is a big industrial area in Goa, and our shop is one of many in these long rows of sheds. We do a lot of heavy engineering work here, so the sound of lathes and grinders is pretty much the background music to our day. It gets very hot under the industrial roofing, especially during the summer months, so we have big fans running all the time. The workshop is full of metal scraps, oil drums, and heavy machinery that we use for various fabrication and repair jobs. We get a lot of work from other companies in the Verna estate who need parts made or machines fixed. It’s a hands-on environment where everyone wears work boots and keeps their sleeves rolled up. We don't have a reception area or anything like that; if you want to talk to us, you just walk into the shed. The floor is stained with years of grease, and there are drawings pinned to the walls for different projects we are working on. We aren't much for talking unless it’s about the job at hand. It’s just a solid, working engineering shop where we focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the metal is cut the way it should be.
