Kundil Group Of Companies

Our base is in Old Goa at House No. 281/2. It’s a bit of a different pace working out of a house in this part of the world. The Kundil Group of Companies has been here for some time now. The building is an older style structure, typical for the area, and it doesn't feel like a corporate office at all. We have the usual office equipment—computers, printers, and filing cabinets—but they are spread out across rooms that used to be bedrooms or a lounge. The air is often humid, and we usually have the windows open to let the breeze in, though that means we sometimes get a bit of noise from the street. Old Goa is a historic place, so there are always tourists wandering around nearby, but our little corner remains relatively quiet. We aren't a big, flashy operation. Most of our day is spent coordinating things over the phone or meeting with people who come by the house. We don't have a uniform or a formal dress code. It’s more about being comfortable while we get through the work. There’s a small garden area outside where we sometimes sit to have a quick break. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We know the people in the neighborhood, and they know us. It’s just a simple, honest workspace where we handle our affairs without any unnecessary fuss.
