Our office is right next to Hotel Manoshanti in the Shree Jee Complex, which is in Panaji, Goa. Being in the media and entertainment business in Goa is a bit different than being in a big city like Mumbai or Delhi. It’s a little slower, but still pretty busy in its own way. We work out of unit B 11, and it’s a space filled with computers, old hard drives, and posters from past projects. We spend a lot of time planning events or working on media stuff that needs to get out on time. The heat in Panaji can be a lot during the middle of the day, so our fans are always going. Kep Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd isn't a big flashy production house with a lot of money; we’re just a local team trying to put things together. Some days are spent entirely on the phone trying to fix problems, and other days we are out meeting people around the city. The complex itself is a bit older, but it works fine for what we need. We have a few desks and a lot of papers everywhere. It’s definitely not a corporate environment. We wear casual clothes and just try to get the work done. Sometimes the projects are big and stressful, and sometimes they’re just small local things for friends. We don't really mind either way. We like being in Goa and being part of the media scene here. It’s a practical life.
