Our business is set up at No. 51/A in the Pilerene Industrial Estate in Bardez. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a busy place with the sound of machinery and trucks everywhere. We work on modules, which involves a lot of technical assembly and checking parts. The warehouse can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the big shutter doors open to catch a breeze. We’ve been in Bardez for several years now. We like the location because it’s easy for our suppliers to find us. Our team is small, mostly locals who know their way around a toolbox. We don't spend much money on decorating the office. It’s mostly just functional furniture and a lot of tools and components scattered about. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're working on a difficult piece. It’s not a glamorous job, but we take pride in putting things together correctly. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just talk about what needs to be built and get on with it. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it, which can be a pain. But that's just how it is in this line of work. We’re just a group of people doing our best in the industrial estate. We enjoy the work and the people we meet every day.
