Our facility is located at L-1 in the Verna Electronic City. This part of Verna, in the Selcete region, is filled with different factories and industrial buildings. It’s quite a large area to navigate if you aren't used to it. Here at Ifb Industries Ltd., the atmosphere is very much focused on the technical side of things. We have a lot of floor space dedicated to the assembly and the machines. The air is often filled with the sounds of production, which is something you just get used to after your first week on the job. Because we are in Goa, the humidity can be quite something, especially in the middle of the day. We try to keep things organized, but in a big place like this, there’s always something that needs fixing or a corner that needs cleaning. We don't spend much time in offices; most of us are out on the floor or near the loading bays. The shifts can be long, and the work is often repetitive, but there is a sense of satisfaction in seeing the day’s work actually finished. We have people from all over the local area working here. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home to our families. It’s a steady rhythm that defines how we operate. We don’t really go in for fancy speeches or mission statements, we just focus on the task at hand.
