Icici Prudential Life Insurance

Our office is located right here in Goa. It’s a bit different working here than in the big cities. Things move at a slightly different pace. We have a small building where we handle all the life insurance queries. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and a few computers that have been around for a few years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from people who have questions about their futures. The air is always a bit salty, and sometimes we leave the doors open to let the air circulate. We have a lot of locals coming in, but also people who have moved here recently. There is always a stack of brochures on the table, though they usually just sit there. Most people prefer to just talk to us directly. We spend our days typing up details and making sure all the signatures are in the right places. It’s not a very fancy life, just regular office work. We have a small area in the back where we keep the kettle for making tea. In the afternoons, it can get a bit quiet, so we catch up on the filing. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell people what the papers say. It’s a basic setup, but it gets the job done for the people living in the area. We are here most days if anyone needs to drop off a form.
