Pinakin Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

Pinakin Constructions Pvt. Ltd. has its office on the 6th floor of the Ayathi building in Chicalim, Goa. We are located right behind the Chicalim Cottage Hospital, so it is a fairly easy landmark for people to find. Working in Goa is nice because of the weather, but the monsoon season can really slow down the work on the sites. Up here on the 6th floor, we have a decent view of the area, though we spend most of our time looking at blueprints and schedules. The office is usually a bit chaotic with rolls of drawings everywhere and people coming in and out from different project locations. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we are just a dedicated group trying to get these buildings finished on time. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or driving out to check on the progress at various construction sites. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go according to plan, which is just how it is in this industry. We don't use much marketing talk because our work usually speaks for itself once the scaffolding comes down. The staff here is pretty small and we’ve all been through plenty of deadlines together. We stay open pretty late most days because there is always some paperwork or a site issue that needs to be sorted out before the next morning.
