Popular Construction Company

We are located in Chicalim Village, right next to the Alaska Soda Factory at House Number 109. It’s a quiet spot in Goa, not really the touristy side people usually talk about. Popular Construction Company has been around here for quite some time now. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet the crew before heading out. We handle a lot of local building projects. The humidity here can be a real pain during the monsoon season, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. People usually just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our name on the gate when they drive past. It's a simple life here in Chicalim. We spend a lot of time on sites and then come back here to wrap up the admin side of things. The neighborhood is friendly enough and we’ve seen the village grow over the years. We just focus on the masonry, the wood, and the concrete. Nothing very complicated. Sometimes we have to wait on supplies to arrive from the city, but that's just part of the trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in Goa. We just want to finish the current job and move to the next one. It’s a honest day’s work for us.
