We are situated in the Packaging Technology Division at N4, Phase-IV, within the Verna Industrial Estate. This is down in Verna, Salcete. It’s a nice enough area, much quieter than some of the bigger cities. Most of the people working here are locals from around Goa. We focus on the packaging side of things, which involves a lot of technical work and keeping the machines in good shape. The industrial estate is quite spread out, and we have a decent-sized space for our operations. It’s not a flashy office; it’s more about having enough room to move stuff around. We’ve got a routine that we stick to every day. The morning starts with a quick check on the equipment. We don’t really do much in the way of big meetings; we just get to work. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their role. The staff at Bosch Ltd. has been around for a while, so we’re all pretty comfortable with the tasks. Working in Salcete means it’s a bit more relaxed than the busy hubs, which we appreciate. We just focus on getting the packaging right and making sure the day goes smoothly. It’s simple, really. No big stories, just a bunch of people working at the Verna estate and trying to do a decent job every day. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get to work, but we manage. We aren't doing anything fancy, just standard work that needs doing.
