We are located in the Verna Industrial Area, specifically at N4A in Phase IV of the GIDC. If you know Salcete, you know it gets pretty quiet out here compared to the beach areas. It is all warehouses and factories. At Bosch, the day starts early. You can hear the machines humming long before the sun gets too high. It is a big site, and we are often moving between different sections of the building. Most of the folks here wear uniforms, and there is a lot of focus on the technical side of things. We are not doing anything glamorous; it is mostly about parts and precision. The heat in the afternoon can be a bit much, especially on the factory floor, but the fans keep things moving. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for lunch, and that is usually when you hear the most talk about the local football matches or family stuff. It is a very routine kind of life. We follow the schedules and make sure the output is steady. Getting to Phase IV is a bit of a drive for most of us, but you get used to the road. There is not any corporate fluff here; just people doing their jobs with tools and machinery. It is a hardworking atmosphere where everyone knows their role and just gets on with it without any fuss or unnecessary talk.
