Our little food spot is tucked away in Tambdi Matti, right in Taleigao. If you know where Branco Bar is, we are just near there, behind the Kartik Metal building. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the way. We focus on making food that tastes like home. It’s just a small setup, nothing too grand. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready. There’s usually a bit of a clutter with containers and bags of grain, but that’s just how it is when you’re actually making things by hand. The area can be a bit dusty sometimes, but we keep our workspace clean. We’ve been doing this for a while, just providing simple meals and snacks to whoever needs them. It’s a family thing, really. We don't use any of those big corporate slogans or anything. We just cook what we know. People stop by, pick up their orders, and we have a quick chat before they head out. It’s a quiet life mostly. We like the neighborhood. It’s got a good feel to it. Sometimes the noise from the nearby shops is loud, but we just turn up the radio and keep going. It’s just honest cooking in a simple part of town. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, making sure everything is prepped right for the next day.
