Shubham Pharmaceutical is over in Rajdhanwar. It is a local place and we run things in a very simple way. There is nothing complicated about how we work. We have a small storefront in Rajdhanwar where we keep all our supplies. Most of the time, it is just us managing the inventory and talking to the people who stop by. The town has a slow pace, and we have lived here long enough to know the rhythm of the streets. Our shop doesn't have air conditioning, so we rely on a few ceiling fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot in the summer. We keep our records in big binders and we try to stay organized, even if the desk looks a bit cluttered sometimes. There are boxes stacked in the corners because we get deliveries quite often. We don't have any fancy marketing or big slogans. We just open the doors in the morning and do what needs to be done. The neighbors are friendly and we often share a cup of tea while waiting for the next delivery truck to arrive. It is a humble business, and we are fine with that. Working in Rajdhanwar means you deal with the power cuts and the dusty roads, but it is home for us. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked and the paperwork caught up every single day.
