We are located at Shanti Niketan on Block Road, over in the Sirsia area near Birsa Chowk. It’s right in Giridih. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, running our construction business from this office. It’s a simple setup. We don't go in for anything too elaborate or flashy. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on the progress of our various building sites. Being near Birsa Chowk means we are pretty easy to reach for anyone in the town. We handle a lot of the small and medium-sized jobs that keep a place like Giridih growing. It’s not always easy work; there are plenty of days when the weather doesn't cooperate or the materials don't show up on time. We just deal with those things as they come. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management and red tape. If you have a question about a project, you just talk to one of us directly. We use local labor and try to keep things straightforward. The office at Shanti Niketan is where we keep all our plans and records. It can get a little crowded when we have meetings, but it works for us. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff or empty words. We just want to do the work and let the buildings we finish be our reputation. Giridih is home, and we plan on being here for a long time, just taking on one project after another.
