We are based out of Shankar Prasad Verma’s place in Koritola, which is in the Pachamba area near Giridih Town. It’s a local spot where we manage all the construction work we do. Being in Giridih, we are used to the local pace of life and the way things move around here. Our business is mostly about building and civil works. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just work out of this office in Pachamba to keep things simple and low-cost. Most of our days are spent checking on different sites or talking to suppliers about cement and steel. It can get pretty dusty and loud, but that’s just part of the job we chose. We know the people in Koritola and have been here for a long time. People usually just drop by if they have a question about a project or if they are looking for a bit of work on a crew. We try to keep things honest and don't use a lot of big words or empty promises. If we say we’re going to build something, we do our best to get it done on time despite the hurdles. The weather in Jharkhand can be tough on construction, so we have to plan around the seasons. We aren't a huge firm, just a group of people who know how to build. We are local and we understand the needs of the town. It’s just steady work for us day after day.
