Jaishree Rubber Product

Jaishree Rubber Product is tucked away in Mohanpur Village, in the Gandey Block. We’re on Pachamba Road, and if you're looking for our mail, it goes to Post Box No. 5. It’s a quiet area compared to the big industrial hubs. You can hear the birds and the occasional tractor passing by. We started this small rubber unit because it was close to home. The building is a simple shed with a concrete floor. We have a few machines for molding and cutting, and they make a steady rhythmic sound all day. It’s often quite dusty because of the unpaved roads nearby. We don’t have a website or a sales team. Most of the folks who buy from us are locals or small businesses from the next town over. We spend our days checking the quality of the rubber and making sure the molds are clean. It’s hard work, and the smell of hot rubber stays with you even after you go home. During the rains, the road can get a bit muddy, making it hard for trucks to get in, but we make do. We’ve lived in this village our whole lives, so everyone knows who we are. We just want to keep the machines running and provide for our families. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we take care of it as best as we can. We're usually here from dawn until the evening chores call.
