Gpianant Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Harichak, specifically at house number 18. We are in the Pachamba area of Giridih, which is a place we know inside and out. We have been doing construction and building work around here for a good amount of time. The office is just a part of the house really, where we keep all the files and meet with the guys before heading out to a job. Giridih is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we rely a lot on our reputation in the neighborhood. We do not go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we have built down the street. It is a bit dusty and loud sometimes with all the construction gear, but we do not mind it much. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from ordering the bricks to making sure the workers are doing alright. It is a hands-on kind of business. We have had our share of rainy days where nothing moves, and weeks where we are working until dark to finish a roof. That is just how it goes in buildcon. We are not trying to be some massive firm; we just want to build things that stay standing and make our neighbors happy. Pachamba is a good place to be, and we are glad to be working here every day.
