Brinjo Homes (Opc) Private Limited

We are based in Rajdhanwar, specifically near Lohiya Chowk in the village of Dhanwar. Shatrughan Singh started this company, and it’s mostly a one-person show or a small group effort depending on the day. Being in a place like Giridih means things move a bit slower than in the big cities, but that’s fine by us. We handle local housing and property matters right here from our spot in the village. It’s a very local business. Most of the people we talk to are folks we’ve known for years or their relatives. We don't have a fancy office building, just a simple place where we can sit down and talk about land. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to see properties out in the more remote parts of the district. The roads aren't always great, and the weather can be unpredictable, but we manage. We don’t do much in the way of fancy brochures or advertisements. If you need us, you usually just come to Lohiya Chowk and ask around or look for the sign. We spend our time making sure the deeds are right and that everyone is happy with the borders of their plots. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy enough. We just take it one day at a time here in 825412, trying to help people with their homes. It is a simple life but there is always plenty of paperwork to finish.
