Bagodar Manoj Engicon Private Limited is out in Tuktuko, which is in the Atkadih area of Bagodar in Giridih. Our office is right there in the village, so we are very much a local Giridih business. We do a lot of construction and engineering work, the kind of stuff that involves a lot of dirt, cement, and sweat. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We started this company to give ourselves a way to work close to home. The office in Tuktuko is simple, just a place to keep the tools and the ledgers. We don't have a website or a social media page because we’re too busy actually working. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We’ve worked on different sites all over Bagodar and the surrounding areas. Sometimes the roads are bad or the materials don't show up on time, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s just how things go in this part of the country. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Jharkhand. We just want to do enough work to keep the lights on and the guys paid. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us sorting through some supplies or planning out the next week’s schedule. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of doing things, and it works for us and the local folks.
