Larsen & Toubro Limited Ecc Division

We are out in the Giridih district of Jharkhand, specifically in the village of Ahilya Pur. Our office for the Larsen & Toubro Limited ECC Division is right there near the Bengabad area. It is a bit of a remote spot, but that is where the work is. To find us, you just follow the road through Bengabad toward the post office. The office itself is quite basic. We share the space with our files, a few desks, and some old chairs. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a tour, but it works for what we need. Most of the people working here are locals from the village or nearby towns. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of moving heavy machinery and materials through these roads, which isn't always easy. The dust can get pretty thick in the dry season. We don't have a big corporate culture here; we just focus on the daily tasks. We talk to the local workers, check the site progress, and make sure the supplies are handled right. It gets very quiet at night, which is a nice change from the noise of the machinery during the day. We are just a small part of a much larger company, but in this village, we are the ones making things happen. It’s honest work and we are glad to be here. We just take it one day at a time until the project is done.
