Grasim Industries.

We are located over in Yadgir, Karnataka, right near the Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us at Sri Prabhurao P’s place. We handle things for Grasim Industries out of this district office. Being in Gulbarga division means we see a lot of different people coming through for various needs. It’s a modest setup, nothing too grand. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through stacks of paper that need filing. The weather can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere while we work because there’s no point in getting stressed over every little thing. Everyone here knows what they’re supposed to do. We’ve been at this for a while and the routine is pretty set. We don’t really bother with big meetings or corporate speeches. We just get the work done and head home to our families. It’s a local operation for a big name, which is a nice balance. You get the stability of a big company but the feel of a small-town office where everyone knows everyone else’s name. It works for us and seems to work for the business too. There is always a lot to keep track of, but we manage just fine with the tools we have.
