We are situated in the Gandhigram Colony area, right near Nagda Junction in the Ujjain district. It’s a quiet part of Madhya Pradesh compared to the big cities. Being at 4/10 Add gives us a good spot that isn't too hard to find if you know the colony. Our building is a standard brick structure that fits in with the rest of the neighborhood. Inside, it's mostly desks, filing cabinets, and a few chairs for when someone stops by. Since we are close to the junction, you can sometimes hear the trains, but it’s just part of the background noise now. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day operations for the company. There are a few of us who have lived in Nagda our whole lives, so we know the local area well. The work usually involves a lot of coordination with other branches, but we keep things simple here. We don't bother with fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s more about having a functional space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. Lunch breaks are usually spent together talking about local news or what's happening in the colony. It feels more like a small community than a stiff office environment. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and make sure the logs are updated. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us.
