Contracter Concultant

Ratnagiri is where we are, specifically at Kishor Shirwatkar’s place in the Om Shri Rataneshwar Apts. It's at Vinamra Nagar, right by the Godown stop in Nachane. If you know the area, you know it's a bit of a landmark for us. The name on the door says Contracter Concultant. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but it describes what we do. We help people figure out their building stuff and consult on things. Kishor is usually around. The apartments are pretty sturdy and quiet for the most part. Being near the Godown stop means there’s always something moving around outside. It’s a busy little patch of Ratnagiri. We have a lot of papers and plans laying about. It isn’t the tidiest office, but we know where everything is. People stop in to talk about their projects. We listen and give some advice based on what we’ve seen over the years. We aren't a big firm with secretaries and fancy coffee. We just have a desk and some chairs and a lot of local knowledge. The weather here can get quite humid, so the fan is always running. We like being part of the Nachane neighborhood. It’s a good place to work from. Just regular folks doing our bit as consultants and contractors. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay as long as there is work to be done in the city. It is a decent way to spend the day in Ratnagiri.
