We've been here in Manavadar for a good while now, right behind the bus station in Anandpark Society. It’s a busy spot. If you walk down S. B. S Colony Road, you’ll find our place where we handle all the engineering work. There is always a bit of noise from the machines and someone is usually busy with a tool in their hand. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It's just a practical workshop where we get things done. Most of the guys here are local from Junagadh district. We mostly focus on mechanical parts and fixing stuff that breaks down in the nearby industries. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather gets too hot, but we keep the doors open. We've got grease on our hands most of the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there's a smell of oil in the air. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a working plant, so it looks like one. People around here know where to find us if they need something fabricated or repaired. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and start working on whatever is on the bench. It's a simple setup. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just look at the drawings and start the machines. That's how it goes here in Manavadar.
