We are located out in Kodinar, specifically on Shekhvada Road near Jalaram Chowk. If you know the area, we’re close to Haveli Street. Myraj Ice Cream started because we saw a need for local dairy stuff around here. It’s not a massive factory with machines doing everything; we have our hands in the work every day. Making ice cream and dairy products involves a lot of early mornings. The cows and the milk don’t wait for anyone. Our setup at Survey No. 2522 is where it all happens. It gets quite hot in this part of Gujarat, so cold treats are always something people look for. We aren't trying to be some global brand. We just want to make sure the people around Kodinar have good dairy options. Sometimes the road gets dusty and the deliveries take a bit of time, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood thing. We focus on the basics like milk and the sweets we can make from it. It's hard work, especially in the summer months when everyone wants a cold scoop of something. We've been at this for a while now. The shop is simple and we keep it clean. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. No more, no less. We don't have fancy logos or anything, just our name on the wall and the products in the freezer. It is enough for us to keep going.
