We check the equipment, look over the schedules, and make sure the steel work is moving along. There’s no marketing department here or anyone trying to sell you something you don't need. We just talk about the work and what needs to get finished by the end of the shift. The people here are hardworking and don't have much patience for fancy talk, and we're the same way. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we just focus on doing our part in the mechanical side of things. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment.
