Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd.

Our place is located at Survey No. 16/3, 26, 27 in Ranjit Nagar, which is part of the Ghoghamba area. Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. is quite a large site compared to some of the smaller workshops nearby. We have a lot of pipes and tanks all over the place. It’s a serious environment because of the chemicals we handle, so everyone has to stay focused. Even though it’s a big company, the daily life here feels like any other job. People arrive on buses or bikes, we have our morning meetings, and then everyone heads to their stations. The roads in Ranjit Nagar can be a bit rough after the rains, which makes it hard for the tankers to get through sometimes. We’ve got different sections for different parts of the process, and it takes a lot of walking to get from one side to the other. The canteen is where most of us catch up during lunch. We talk about the village or how the crops are doing if they have land nearby. It’s not all just chemical talk. The facility has been around for a while, and you can see the age in some of the older buildings. We do our best to keep everything running without too many hiccups. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one shift at a time. No fancy slogans here, just a lot of pipes and people working hard every day.
