Our hospital is situated right on the Ganga Bridge Marg in Ghazipur. Being near the bridge means there is always traffic and noise outside, but it also makes it easy for people from across the river to get to us. It’s a multi-story building, though it isn't very modern. It feels like a hospital should—lots of white tiles and the smell of antiseptic. We have several wards for patients who need to stay overnight. It’s a busy place. Doctors and nurses are always rushing around the hallways. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people come here because they live nearby or someone told them about us. The reception area is usually crowded, especially in the mornings when everyone wants to be seen first. We have a few benches for people to sit on, but often there isn’t enough room for everyone. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but we manage. The staff works hard, though we get tired just like anyone else. Life in a hospital is never really quiet. Even at night, there are lights on and people moving about. We deal with all sorts of medical issues here in Ghazipur. It’s just a place for healing and taking care of the sick. We don't try to be anything fancy, just a reliable spot where people can get medical help when they need it most. That’s our daily reality here.
