Rgma Foundation

If you go over to Galla Mandi in Chandauli, you’ll find us right across from Durga’s Temple. We’re located at House Number 152, and Ashish Jaiswal is the one usually handling things there. The Rgma Foundation isn't a huge operation. It’s mostly just us working out of this space. It’s a good spot because the temple is right there, so everyone knows where it is. Chandauli is a quiet place most days, though the market area gets a bit loud. We don’t have fancy signs or a glass building. It’s just a regular house turned into a workspace. We started this because we wanted to be useful. There’s always something to fix or someone to talk to. We don’t really have a polished way of talking about what we do. We just do it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that’s just life here. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the daily tasks and try not to get bogged down in the small stuff. It’s just a local thing, really. Not much more to it than that. We stay busy with the work and the people who come by every afternoon. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, but we don't mind. We just pull up another chair and keep going. Every day is different and we just handle it.
