Our college is located right on NH 29, along the road that connects Varanasi and Ghazipur. Specifically, we are in Basu Pur near Saidpur. It’s a busy stretch of road with lots of trucks passing by all day. The building itself is pretty functional, built for technical training like what you expect from an ITI. Inside, there are workshops with machines and tools where students spend most of their time. It’s often a bit greasy or dusty in those rooms because that’s the nature of the work. You can hear the sounds of metal being worked on or engines being tinkered with during class hours. The students wear their practical gear and mostly just focus on their tasks. Outside, there’s a small yard where they park their bicycles and motorcycles. Since we are on the highway, it’s easy for people from nearby villages to reach us by bus. We don't have any flashy signs, just the name of the college on the front. The office handles the paperwork and admissions, and it’s usually the only air-conditioned room in the place. Most of the teachers have been working in the industry for years before coming here. It’s a practical environment for people looking to learn a trade. We keep things simple and don't worry too much about appearances as long as the equipment is running properly for the students to use. It’s just how things are done here in Ghazipur.
