Our small office is situated in Ward Number 6, over in Abdul Kalam Nagar. It’s part of the Saiydraja area in Chandauli. Not many people come out this way unless they have business with us. It’s a pretty basic setup for the Larsen Toubro Ltd Eccd team. We’ve got the essentials like desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files. The area around Abdul Kalam Nagar is still developing, so there’s always some construction or noise nearby. We’ve become part of the local scenery over time. In the mornings, you’ll see us opening up and getting the fans going. It’s quite hot here for most of the year. We don't have a big corporate sign, just our presence in the neighborhood. People know where to find us if they need to talk about the local projects. We mostly focus on the technical details and the daily reports. It’s a lot of coordination with the guys out in the field. Sometimes we share a meal in the office if we're too busy to head out. It’s a tight-knit group of people working here. We try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss. The streets around Ward 6 can be narrow, so getting large vehicles in is always an adventure. We’ve just gotten used to how things work in this part of Chandauli and we do our best every day.
