Larsen & Toubro Ltd. has a small presence out here in Gahmar, which is in the Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh. We are operating from the place of R. Singh and Govind Rai. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice. There’s a lot of farming around us. We are just a small part of the Larsen & Toubro Ltd. network, tucked away in this corner of UP. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If someone knocks, one of us just goes to the door. It’s very informal but we keep things moving. We handle whatever comes our way. It’s just how things are done in a place like this. The neighbors are nice enough to us. We’ve been here for a long time and we like the people around.
