Kidzee

Our little school, Kidzee, is located at House No 407, Ward No. 2, on Kailli Road in Chandauli. It’s a small place compared to some of the big schools, but it works well for the younger kids we have here. We use a regular house as our base, which gives it a more comfortable and local feel. We don't have any polished corporate language to use. We are just people who spend our days looking after children and helping them learn their basics. The rooms are full of toys, books, and drawings that the kids have made themselves. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after activities and making sure everyone is having a good time. It’s a noisy and busy environment, especially in the mornings when the parents drop everyone off. We talk to the families directly every single day. There’s no big administration between us and the people we serve. We deal with the usual stuff like broken crayons or helping a child who is feeling a bit shy. It’s an honest, simple way to make a living. We don't make big claims about being the best; we just show up every day and do our work. It’s a very practical and hands-on job, and we like being part of the neighborhood here on Kailli Road.
