We are based in Ghazipur, in the Nawakap area. The office is at House Number 6/A, which belongs to Asthbhuji Upadhya. It’s a local spot that’s easy to get to if you’re in that part of town. We handle money matters for the people around here, mostly small-scale stuff. We don't have a giant headquarters or anything like that. It’s just a room where we can sit down and talk. Ghazipur has a certain pace to it, and we follow that. We don't rush through things. If someone needs an explanation on how the savings work, we take the time to tell them. There’s no corporate pressure here. We just want to make sure the books balance and everyone is happy. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going. It’s a modest operation, run by people who actually live in the area. We aren't interested in fancy marketing. We just do the work, day in and day out. It’s a good feeling when someone from the neighborhood gets the help they need right here at home. We spend our time checking the entries and talking to the people who walk in off the street. There’s always some noise from the road outside, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just the way things are in our corner of Ghazipur. We keep it simple because that’s what people around here expect from us.
