Gazipur is a place we know inside and out. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and paperwork. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working in construction for years. We don't have a lot of meetings; we usually just talk over breakfast about what the plan is for the day. Uttar Pradesh is a big state with a lot of building going on, and we are just one part of that. We try to be straight with people.
