We run Zafir Gems Jewelleries Llp out of a shop in Ghaziabad. You can find us at Shop No. 3 in Sarla Tower, which is on Plot No. 132 in Khora Colony. It’s a busy little spot. We’ve got a lot of neighbors in the colony and there is always something going on outside. The shop isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need. We spend our days dealing with different gems and pieces of jewelry. It can get a bit dusty with the traffic nearby, but we keep the place tidy enough inside. We aren't much for fancy talk or corporate rules. We just open up the shop in the morning and see who comes by. A lot of our customers are locals who live right here in Khora. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the families over the years. It’s nice having that connection. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show people what we have and let them decide. Sometimes business is slow, sometimes it's fast, that's just how it goes in a place like this. We like being in Sarla Tower because people know where it is. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in the gem trade. We don't have all the answers, but we know our stones. That is usually enough for the people who come to see us.
