We have our setup at Ground Floor and 4th Floor of III-M in Nehru Nagar. Ghaziabad is a hectic place, and being here puts Yashodaplus Pharmacies India Private Limited right in the thick of it. Having floors separated like that means we spend a lot of time on the stairs or waiting for the lift. The ground floor is mostly for moving things in and out, while the 4th floor is where the paperwork happens. It’s a bit of a workout going between them. The 201002 area is quite crowded, so parking is always a headache for us and the people visiting the office. We aren’t a big fancy pharmacy chain you see in the malls; we are more of a back-end operation. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boxes and verifying lists of medicines. The office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We've been in this building for some time now. It’s a bit old, but it serves our purpose well enough. Most of the people working here live nearby in Ghaziabad. We just focus on getting the supplies where they need to go. There’s no hidden agenda or big mission statement on the wall. It’s just a place of work. We handle the orders as they come and try to keep the shops we deal with satisfied without making a big deal about it. We stay busy from morning till evening.
