Y. K. Enterprises

Y. K. Enterprises is Shop No.10 over in Shubham Market, which is part of A Block. It is a typical market shop, not very big, but we pack a lot into it. There are shelves reaching up to the ceiling with all kinds of stuff stacked on them. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside at once. Most of the time, the owner is sitting behind the small wooden counter with a ledger and a pen. We get a lot of local foot traffic from the neighborhood. People stop by to ask for specific parts or just to see what’s new in the shop. The market is always buzzing with people talking and scooters driving by. We keep the door open to get some air because it gets stuffy inside. Sometimes the cat from the next shop over comes in to nap on a box. It’s a very laid-back environment. We don’t have any fancy displays or lights. If you need something, you usually have to ask because it’s probably hidden behind something else on the shelves. We’ve been in A Block for a long time now. It feels like home to us. The light outside the shop flickers a bit in the evening, but we haven’t bothered to fix it yet. It’s just a regular shop where we do business honestly and simply. We open early and close when the market slows down.
