Vinayak Industries

Vinayak Industries is situated out on the Masoori-Gulawthi Road, in the UPSIDC Industrial Area, Phase-1. We are at F-179. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s the right place for the kind of industrial work we do. The road can be quite rough with all the heavy trucks passing through, and it gets very dusty during the dry months. Our facility is where all the manufacturing happens. It’s a loud environment with machines running and people moving parts around. We don't have a polished office; it’s more of a workspace that’s built for utility. Everything in here is about getting the production done. We’ve been operating in this industrial area for quite some time, so we’ve seen how much it’s grown. Some days the power cuts are a problem, but that’s just part of working in this region. We just work around it. Our team is a group of local people who know the trade. We aren't big on meetings or fancy presentations. We just look at the schedule for the day and get to work on the floor. It’s a lot of sweat and hard work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the final products ready to be shipped out on the trucks. We usually end the day pretty tired, but we’re back at it the next morning.
