We’ve been over at Plot No.40 in Anand Industrial Estate for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Mohan Nagar. You can usually hear the machines hum the moment you walk through the door in the morning. Most of us here have worked together for years. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a solid workshop where we get things done. Some days it gets pretty loud with all the metal work, and there’s always someone moving crates or checking on the inventory. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The tea guy comes by around 11, which is a nice break for everyone. The workspace is a bit cramped because of all the equipment, but we know where everything is. Usually, there’s a stack of blueprints on the main table and a few half-finished projects waiting for the next shift. It’s a regular industrial setup with grease on the rags and dusty windows. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. The focus is always on the parts coming off the line. Mohan Nagar has changed a bit since we first got here, but our building stays pretty much the same. It’s just us, the tools, and the daily grind of making things that work. It is a practical way to earn a living, and we are okay with that. Most of the time, the biggest excitement is just getting a large order out of the gate on time.
