Our office for Vigisoft Surveillance Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is on the second floor of Plot No A 15 in Gagan Enclave. We are in the Amrit Nagar area, which is quite close to Loha Mandi. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy with people going to and from the market. We mostly handle surveillance setups, so our space is often filled with boxes of cameras, rolls of wire, and monitors sitting on every available surface. It isn't the most organized-looking place, but we know exactly where everything is located. We spend a lot of time testing out the gear before we take it out to a customer's site. Dealing with security cameras and recorders means there is always a lot of technical troubleshooting. Some days are spent just crimping ends of cables or climbing ladders at different buildings around town. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies. It is a practical work environment where we focus on getting the gear to work. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want their cameras pointed and how many days of recording they need. It’s steady work and we like being part of the business community near Loha Mandi. We just keep our heads down and handle the installations as they come in, one job at a time. It gets a little hectic but that is how it goes.
