Chanchan Dairies

Chanchan Dairies is right at No. 3/1356 in Sector 3 of Vasundhara. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find us near the main road. We start really early, usually when it’s still dark outside and most people are asleep. The trucks come in and the milk cans make a lot of noise, which I’m sure the neighbors have gotten used to after all these years. It’s a dairy, so there’s always something to clean or a fresh spill to wipe up. We’ve got a few guys who handle the local distribution and a couple of us stay in the back to manage the stock and the cooling units. It’s not a glamorous job but people need their milk every single day, no matter what. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website. Word usually gets around because we’ve been here in Vasundhara for a long time. The fridge hums all day long and that’s basically the soundtrack to our lives. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes things tough but we just keep moving and drink plenty of water. It’s a practical business for practical people. We aren't trying to change the whole world; we are just trying to make sure the crates go out on time and the orders are right for the families who count on us for their morning tea and coffee.
