Down here in Bhangel, things are always a bit dusty because of all the construction happening nearby. We’ve been running Vadehra Builders out of this spot in Noida for a while now. The 201302 area has changed a lot since we first set up. It used to be much quieter, but now there are trucks and workers everywhere you look. Our place is easy to find if you know the main landmarks in Bhangel. We spend most of our time out on sites or sitting here at the desk trying to get the paperwork sorted. It’s not a polished corporate office. You’ll see boots near the door and blueprints rolled up in the corner. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends who live in this part of Noida. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We show up, do the work, and then head back here to clean up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We just take it day by day. If you’re around Bhangel and see our sign, that’s us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to stay busy and do right by the people who hire us to build something. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. The desks are cluttered and the tea is usually cold, but that's how we work.
