We are over at C-3 in Ashok Nagar, right here in Ghaziabad. Upshot International & Consulting Private Limited is a bit of a mouthful, so we usually just tell people we’re at the Ashok Nagar office. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout. We do consulting and international work, which means we deal with a lot of different people from all over. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere because we are always in the middle of three things at once. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern art. We just have our desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. It’s a very hands-on environment. Usually, there is some music playing quietly in the background, and someone is always bringing in snacks to share. We don’t have a boss who sits in a corner office; we all just sit together and figure things out as they come up. Uttar Pradesh is our home, and we like being part of the local scene here. When things get stressful, we just take a break and walk down the street for some street food. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about looking like a big corporation. We just do the work.
