Universal Infraprojects Llp is based out of Garden Residency Chs, specifically in Flat 102 of Building 2G over in Usrali Khurd. It’s a bit of a long address to write down, but that’s where you’ll find us. We are near the Nirvaana Developer area. The office is inside a residential complex, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big corporate tower. We deal with various infrastructure projects around the Ghat area and beyond. It’s a small team here. Usually, someone is always out on a site while one or two people stay back to manage the phone and the files. We started this because we saw a lot of growth happening around Usrali Khurd and wanted to be part of it. The work involves a lot of coordination between different contractors and suppliers. It can be stressful when materials don't show up on time, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the jobs we have properly. The building we are in is quiet most of the time, which helps when we need to focus on technical drawings. If you walk by Garden Residency, you might see our sign. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a practical place for us to work from. We keep things simple and just focus on the projects on our desk. Some days are better than others, but that is how this business is. We handle the 31/1, 94, and 95 plots as well.
